It is served in a bun with onions and ajvar or mustard. Most of them. If they can\u2019t explain how to get somewhere, they might take you there instead! They have big hearts and a lot of sense for humor. Firstly, <strong>\u017dilavka<\/strong>, which is a white sort, and secondly\u00a0<strong>Blatina<\/strong>, a red one.\u00a0 \u017dilavka is a wine that King Tvrtko, the <strong>first king<\/strong> of Bosnia, drank back in <strong>14th century<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As Herzegovina has a <strong>Mediterranean<\/strong> climate, with loads of <strong>sun<\/strong>, the whole region is covered with <strong>vineyards<\/strong>. The wine <strong>route<\/strong> is marked, and you can visit many fine wine <strong>cellars<\/strong> and taste wines and\u00a0 Herzegovinian specialties.
