Mostar Summer Fest – An Unforgettable Summer Experience

It was in 2013, when they first started realizing their long-awaited dream. It was the year when this young and ambitious team  formed and organized  the Mostar Summer Fest. Little did they know that it would be followed by an avalanche of positive reactions and emotions across the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The founding idea was to initiate and leave a legacy of a brilliant urban music festival. All of that couldn’t have happened without hard work.  It is supposed to make Mostar the epicenter of Bosnia and Herzegovina during this two-day event. If you were only expecting to enjoy some good music, get ready to experience much more. Mostar Summer Fest is  an all-day event. It is organized to inspire and initiate socialization between people. You are here to connect, exchange ideas and create new memories through an amazing experience.

It is those things that make the Festival one of a kind. In addition to the great music that you can enjoy standing in front of the stage, there are plenty other ways you can feel and experience the Mostar Summer Fest. Relaxing in a lazy bag, sipping an ice cold drink and having fun with your friends is just one of many. All this thanks to the brilliant chill out zone set up at the Festival.

Perfect musical & adventurous weekend getaway

“In addition to the performers who will keep our attendees on their feet, we have prepared an interactive Chill out zone for them. They can enjoy drinking Ožujsko beer while relaxing on a lazy bag or elsewhere in the corners of the Chill out zone. Notably, people can also find our gastro corner in the close proximity. Also, there is something for all the lovers of an authentic Herzegovina brandy. The famous «Rakija corner» is available with more than 40 flavors of the most popular drink in Herzegovina. One of the most popular «standpoints» of the festival is certainly the caricature stand.  In a short time, you can get a caricature drawing of yourself. It will remind you of fun times you had at this Festival”  – the organizers told us about the Chill out zone of the Festival.

“Either way, we cannot describe the euphoric and positive vibe that you can feel  in our Chill out zone. The zone is open from early afternoon to all of those with a ticket to the Fest. We like to think of the zone as a big playground for people in good mood and with positive spirits. It perfectly describes our attendees” – they added.

25 performers on 2 stages under the clear summer sky

At the Festival, you can enjoy the performances on two stages. At the main stage, you will be dancing all night long (literally) to our headliners. Prljavo Kazalište, Tram 11, Letu Štuke, Let 3, Bad Copy are just some them. On the e-MOtion stage you can enjoy the best electronica party under the clear Herzegovina sky. You can expect a variety of great performers on this stage such as Gramophonedzie, Dejan Miličević, Kristijan Malnar, Nipplepeople and many more. You will be dancing all night long with these amazing singers and entertainers.

Where to get tickets

Tickets for the Mostar Summer Fest are available in Mostar at the info desk of Mepas Mall shopping center. You can also buy them at kupikartu.ba and of course at the entrance of the Fest. Full festival pass is available for 25KM (12.5€), while a one day pass costs 16KM (8€). It is important to note that the Festival is held in the industrial zone of the city. More specifically, it is on the plateau between the two Mostar Fair halls. Therefore, free bus transport is available for all attendees. From 18.00 to 04.00 buses will run between the Spanish Square and the Festival. This gives you plenty of time to reach the Spanish Square  and hop on a bus that will take you to your unforgettable summer adventure.
