Tour description
If you are tired of City crowd and you are fan of hiking and walking through th enature just half anhour away from Dubrovnik then this trip is for you. We will meet in Gruz Harbour in front of the Information corner. With Postira, romantic old boat that connects Elaphite inhabitants with Dubrovnik, we will reach the Kolocep Island.
Upon arrival to Donje Celo, first thing that you will notice is the sound of thousands crickets singing their summer songs and with that melodywe are going to start our adventure. We will visit St. Nicolas Church, one of the most representative sample of Croatian Romanesque architecture. We will take you to some hidden baysand cliffs that only locals know how to find. Old Fort built by Napoleon that is lost in the wood and amazing view to the light house at Bezdan Bay will take your breath away. We will tell you legends, introduce you to the local way of life, local Mediterranean nutrition and particularly state of mind that protects the Islanders of everyday stress and illness of modern life.
Tour ends at Gornje Čelo, small village at southern part of the Island where we will chill until the departure time.
