The apartment has 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor. One is with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. There is an air conditioner in the upper floor hallway, which keeps both bedrooms cool during summer, and warm during winter.
The apartment also features a large and cozy living room, with a TV, a comfortable sofa, and an air conditioner. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes: a fridge, oven, stovetop, hot water kettle, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals.
The apartment has a spacious balcony, with seating arrangements, and a view of neighboring buildings. It’s a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the city view. There is one bathroom with a tub, washing machine, and all necessary toiletries. Additionally, there is an additional toilet for convenience.
